Return & Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the order delivery date to ship the item(s) you wish to return back to us. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is determined to be defective or was damaged during shipping. Returns must be unused and in new condition. Once the return is received, we will inspect the item(s) in the package and then issue a refund to the original payment method minus the cost of the pre-paid return shipping label and non-refundable credit card processing fee which is 3% for domestic orders and 4% for international orders. It really stinks but we still get charged the credit card processing fee even if the order is cancelled. An additional 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount if the item has been used or damaged (e.g. dirty, scuff marks, cracked, cut mark from a box cutter, etc.).

 

How do I start a return?

To start a return, send an email to derek@lowpromounts.com with you order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then send you an email with a pre-paid USPS return shipping label. Please use the original shipping box for your return.

 

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, send an email to  derek@lowpromounts.com with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund minus the non-refundable credit card processing fee which is 3% for domestic orders and 4% for international orders. It really stinks but we still get charged the credit card processing fee even if the order is cancelled. If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and would need to be returned (see Return Policy above).

 

Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us because the shipping address provided at checkout was either incorrect or incomplete, the buyer is responsible for the cost of a new (2nd) shipping label. This applies to both domestic and international orders.

 

Import Duties & Taxes for International Orders

We do not collect import duties or taxes at checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties or taxes when the package arrives in their country. Your local customs should contact you using the email address and/or phone number you provide during the checkout process. However, we highly recommend you track your package and contact your local postal service once your order arrives in your country to pay any applicable duties or taxes to avoid a delayed delivery. If your order is returned to us because the import duties or taxes weren't paid, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost once we receive the package.
